Jane Macartney

Jane Macartney is a journalist and writer. She has worked as a foreign correspondent for The Times and for Reuters, mainly in China and also with postings in Pakistan, Tokyo and Taiwan, as well as diplomatic correspondent for Reuters in Singapore. She has written on the Tiananmen Square crackdown and is on the advisory board of Nottingham University's China Policy Institute.
