MPs may eventually need to kick Johnson out of Downing St and hold an election. But they should first try to force him to hold a referendum.

Hats off to Greens and Plaid for stepping down to let Lib Dems win Tory seat. In an election, pro-Europeans must work together.

New leader needs to reach out to other pro-European parties - and to pro-European Tory and Labour MPs - in case Johnson calls an election.

Lib Dems may push Labour into third spot due to Corbyn’s mealy-mouthed Brexit stance. Hopefully, he’ll learn it’s bad to sit on the fence.

If you want to stop Brexit, vote for Lib Dems who say “Bollocks to Brexit” or Greens, SNP, Change UK or Plaid Cymru - not Labour.

Public are fed up with Brexit. The only way to stop obsessing about it is to stop Brexit - not to reach a fudge that prolongs the pain.

Local elections rightly focus on local issues. But these votes can still be another stepping stone on path to People’s Vote.
