EEA could be good model for dispute resolution post Brexit
White Paper accepts need for dispute resolution mechanism, but it doesn’t consider EEA model. We could copy that even without joining EEA.

EU Treaty doesn’t rule out mid-course Brexit process reversal; political agreement from EU states would be needed to halt the process.
