Tehmina Kazi

Tehmina Kazi is a Campaign Co-Ordinator (Sherpa) for InFacts, working on the People's Vote ethnic minority and LGBT campaigns. Previously, she was a policy and advocacy officer for CESCA, an alliance of 18 equality and human rights groups in Cork, Ireland, from 2016 to 2018. From 2009 to 2016, she was the director of British Muslims for Secular Democracy, a registered charity set up to raise awareness of secular democracy in British Muslim communities. She has also previously worked on major faith and human rights projects for English PEN and the Equality and Human Rights Commission. She is an advisor to OFSTED, Hope not Hate and Tell MAMA on extremism and integration issues. She is a Co-Executive Producer of the Hidden Heart documentary, on British Muslim women who marry non-Muslim men.
